Virtual Consultation: We’ll have a video meeting to discuss any of your real estate needs and wants.

Listings via Email: We’ll come up with a selection of available listings that match your criteria. We will also send you any off-market or pocket listings we have available.

Virtual Home Tours: Let us know when you find a home that stands out! We will arrange a virtual tour so you are able to view from the safety of your home.

DocuSign & E-Signing: When you’ve finally found the place of your dreams, we will securely send you all the contracts and paperwork electronically. If there are any questions you have, give us a call or we can set up a FaceTime/Zoom meeting to walk you through each page!

Earnest Money: You can always wire your earnest money deposit or we can arrange a mobile deliverer to pick up your check to make sure it is at escrow in a timely manner.

Home Inspection: A home inspector of your choice (or you can use one we recommend) will inspect the property while taking any necessary safety precautions, and write up a digital report with detailed descriptions and photos that will be sent to your email.

Virtual Notary: A virtual notary will authorize any closing documents for you remotely.

Getting Your Keys: We can leave your keys in a lockbox on the property and provide you with a code to get in. Or, if you are comfortable, we can meet you at the property to deliver keys while also taking safety precautions. Welcome Home!
